Latest technologies and the highest quality materials

It all started with the vision of music lover and company founder Heinz Fischer to be the first provider to bring the grandiose audio experience of legendary high-end hi-fi components into cars. Uncompromising in design, technology and sound. True to this guiding principle, the focus of the new development of our BRAX GRAPHIC loudspeaker series was on pure, unadulterated music reproduction, consistently implemented with the latest technologies and the highest quality materials - of course Made in Germany.

A perfect team with maximum tonal harmony

The high-end GL3 cone midrange driver is the next member of the successful BRAX GRAPHIC loudspeaker series and the ideal supplement for extraordinary three-way constellations in combination with the GL1 tweeter and GL6 midrange woofer. Its lively, dynamic sound characteristics and its particularly wide frequency range predestine the GL3 for acoustic flights of fancy.

MicroSphere - the material for maximum acoustic precision

The heart of this midrange speaker is its particularly light paper cone with a modified "MicroShere" coating, which, with its extremely precise and detailed reproduction, harmonises perfectly with the other loudspeakers in the GRAPHIC series. With this patented technology, hollow ceramic microspheres with a diameter of just 75 µm are embedded in a polymer layer and applied to the membrane.

State of the art technology

The membrane is driven by a particularly linear neodymium magnet system, which is integrated into the aerodynamically sophisticated die-cast aluminum basket. The perfect ventilation of the long-throw voice coil not only ensures excellent thermal stability, but also prevents compression effects right from the start. The soft membrane suspension ensures an extremely low resonance frequency and thus the possibility of deep coupling, ideally in fully active systems.

Details thought through to the end

The attention to every detail, no matter how small, manifests the GL3 as a BRAX speaker at reference level, which always meets the highest sound demands.
As is typical for BRAX, each pair of loudspeakers is given its own serial number and recorded in a service database. This high-end product - Made in Germany - is rounded off by the packaging in an elegant wooden box, which once again underlines the philosophy of the BRAX brand.
